How can I book a test?

You can request your home sample collection by making a booking from the website. Alternatively, you can call on our hotline number 9228035458 between 8 AM and 6 PM, all 7 days of the week, to get your booking done.

When will I receive my test reports?

Your lab report(s) will be available on your Dr. Morepen Sync app mostly within 4 - 8 working hours, depending on standard sample processing time. You can refer to our "Reports" section in top menu bar to understand step-wise guideline for accessing your lab report.

Do you provide home collection services?

Yes, we provide convenient home sample collection by trained phlebotomists.

How can I access Dr. Morepen Sync?

Accepted Answer

You can download Dr Morepen Sync app on your iPhone or Android devices from App Store or Play Store respectively. Once downloaded and installed, you can use your mobile number to access the app, and download or preview your reports.

What are your payment options?

We only collect money when your booking request is confirmed. You can choose to pay for the booking via any UPI ID, scanning our QR code, or using your debit or credit card through our POS device.

What are your working hours?

At our Laboratory we are available to serve you on all 7 days of the week, between 8 AM to 6 PM IST. Our collection centers remain at your service between 8 AM to 4 PM for the entire week.

Currently we are limited to Delhi NCR regions, and soon we will be announcing our presence in other regions as well. We will be sure to inform you of the same through Dr. Morepen Sync app, or via other social media forums.

No. As a part of our data privacy and security policies, we do not allow sharing of your personal health information through any external apps or platforms. You can access your reports via Dr. Morepen Sync app only.
